Circa £50,000 basic salary, pension, private healthcare & car allowance

Carriera is recruiting for a top 20 UK property and construction consultancy, who offer quantity surveying, building surveying and project management across all market sectors.

About the role;

This role will see you working on large projects within the industrial, commercial, healthcare, insurance, and government sectors. Projects will typically be valued from a few million to over £30 million.

You will be working directly with the team manager, undertaking a number of duties, including evaluation of costs and advice on alternative proposals as well as pre and post contract work.

About you;

You must have a property or construction related degree, ideally within quantity surveying and will ideally be going through your APC to become chartered.

You must be a competent M&E surveyor with solid experience within the role. It would be desirable if you have experience within the aforementioned sectors.
