A Local Authority in Norfolk is looking for a competent Interim Estates Surveyor to join their Property Estates team.
As an Interim Estates Surveyor you will be responsible for providing wide-ranging property and valuation advice to the Council and to undertake all aspects of land and property general practice work in relation to the management of the asset portfolio which is valued at around £50 million with over 500 assets. You will also be involved in the acquisition and disposal of a wide range of asset types and values on behalf of the Council.
Key Experience Required:
- To be a hardworking and punctual individual and be able to efficiently work in the Estates Team
- Previous experience of Estate Surveying, Acquisitions, and Disposals, Rent Reviews, Lease Reviews, and Valuations, preferably within Local Authorities.
- Education to Degree level or equivalent in property-related discipline, as well as this they must be MRIC's qualified.
The position will be for an initial 3-6-month period with scope for an extension
Working arrangements will be 4 days working from home and 1 day for required site visits.
The contract will pay roughly £300 LTD Per Day.
