A new and exciting opportunity for a Project Cost Consultant to join a small but quickly growing consultancy that specialise in high-end fit-out within commercial, residential, hotels and healthcare although they have recently just won a large shell and core residential project with a value of £100m. If you are sick of working for a big corporate consultancy, where you are just a number that offers no real career progression or you are tired of spending your whole week micro managed in an office or where your bonus’s are based on the company’s performance rather than your individual target then look no further as I this could be a great opportunity for you.

My client, based in London Victoria has a current headcount of 15 although have plans to grown to at least 50 over the next 5 years and are looking for the right person to help the company grow. They only look at people that want to be future Directors, as they grow, new divisions will be created and they will want people with experience within their business to head these divisions up.

They have clients such as Amazon and Microsoft, they have a very forward thinking/modern approach which has put them in good stead since the lockdown.

They are currently in the process of developing their own software that they will be launching and using in the coming months.

They have projects all over Europe such as France, Paris, Madrid, and Bruges so a good opportunity to travel if you are nimble enough to do so.

The culture is fantastic, all young chartered people that have the ambition to grown. They can offer good flexibility and certainly enjoy the odd social!
