Macdonald & Company are exclusively working on a Senior Property Management role, with an exciting clientside business.
Our clients portfolio extends across Singapore, Australia, South East Asia, China and Europe and they have £18bn Assets under management.
The UK business comprises of the investment side through the acquisition of a number of business parks in 2017 and the development side of the business which tends to be more resi focused and where they develop and sell on. They are now looking for a Senior Property Manager to oversee the managing agents as well as having a hands on approach to the properties they own.
There will be day to day management task including managing the service charge budgets, dealing with reconciliations and facilities management duties.
