Carriera has been retained to secure a Partner to lead a Building Surveying team in Oxfordshire.
The practice is well established offering full property consultancy services from their network of offices. Employing 100+ fee earners producing a turnover in excess of £8 million. The business has grown its head count and turnover by 20% in the last year and with a strengthening economy this will only fuel the opportunity.
The role, you will work very closely with two Partners, the Head of Project Management and the lead of Building Consultancy, the project management Partner is based from Oxford. Both will support your integration, introducing you to all facets of the business from clients to colleagues who will help you build an empire. London and the Home Counties is diverse and holds a huge opportunity, sectors include commercial, education, heritage, health, leisure, rural, residential and retail. There is an initial workflow, so you won’t be starting from scratch and the business’ client base will make life significantly easier. You will have a small team to lead from day one and total support from the business to grow the offering.
The individual will have a strong track record in consultancy, will be professional, well connected, technically excellent, have a natural ability to lead teams and desire to take on responsibility, as well as help grow client relationships. You will be a chartered building surveyor, who enjoys both project and professional duties.
In return you will be well paid, given full support to help develop and grow the practice, as well as service offerings. The route through to Equity will be swift based upon performance.
