A unique position has opened up at a small interdisciplinary building consultancy for an experienced Building Surveyor who is looking to take the next step in their career. My client is looking to bring on a commercially minded Building surveyor to work on a range of commercial and education projects for prestigious clients across both the public and private sectors.

With a split between Building Surveying and Project Management, the team win exciting projects due to the nature of the Partners contacts and clients. Staff are treated as family here, instead of a small cog in a gearbox, and as a business they are very careful about the recruitment process due to the culture of the company - prioritising personality as well as talent.

Initially coming in under the supervision of the senior management with the aim of becoming project lead, this client facing opportunity offers fantastic development both professionally and personally and in a market of doom and gloom brings with it solid job security.

The successful Candidate?

• Experience in carrying out professional services/running projects
• Minimum 4 years consultancy experience.

• Experience of working on projects across the commercial and education sectors.
• Ability to interface and liaise with clients/contractors at all levels
