Senior Surveyor / Associate Director - Development - Bristol

A leading property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker on an exciting opportunity for a qualified general practice surveyor to join a successful development team based in Bristol.

The development department provides a wide range of development consultancy and agency related services to both private and public sector clients throughout the South West region.

This role offers a challenging and varied role and would suit a strong candidate capable of gaining a broad understanding of development work. Responsibility will include the identification of development opportunities acting on behalf of landowners in an agency capacity in order to secure promotion and option agreements. In addition, you will perform a broader agency role with the opportunity to get involved in the sale of a wide range of asset types ranging from building plots and development sites to mixed use development assets. You will also likely be involved with providing consultancy advice, including viability assessments and reports on asset development and disposal.

We invite applications from surveyors with at least a minimum of 2 years development experience who are switched on and ambitious. On offer is a basic salary, car, bonus, pension scheme, and other benefits depending on level and MRICS status.
