Your new role
Hays Property & Surveying has been asked to exclusively source a home-based Commercial Property Manager to look after a diverse portfolio consisting of offices, retail, warehouses and more.
This client side opportunity will see you taking a hands on approach to Property Management through scoping, procurement and delivery of all reactive, re-letting and service charge works required within the Region (with appropriate technical support from the C&M Team as required). You will be responding to all tenant issues regarding repairs & maintenance, credit control, service charges, Health & Safety and more, as well as assisting in the delivery of new Property Management and Customer Service strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS preferred but not essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- A proven track record in Property and/or Facilities Management
- Strong customer focus & safety ethos
- Positive and proactive team player
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Full and valid driving licence
What you'll get in return
£45,000-£50,000 + benefits
