Job Role/Requirements

An ideal candidate should be able to support on areas as below.

1. Preparing profit and loss statement on monthly basis 

2. Analyse labour bills vs RA bill

3. Analyse planned material usage, vehicle utilisation and running expense, over heads Vs planned 

4. Target monitoring. Compare schedule vs actual.

5. Quarterly financial projections, project cash flow

6. Monitor and clear material purchase.

7. Monitor Shuttering repetitions

8. Monitoring and minimise wastage across sites.

9. Tendering and estimating 

10. Coordinating with Architect and design consultants.  

11. Quality control

12. Suggest corrective measures 

13. Timely Report presentation

Qualification

The candidate should be an MBA/B.E(Civil) or Equivalent with exposure to Quantity Surveying.

Compensation

A monthly compensation up to INR 75000 plus accommodation would be provided.
