Hays Property & Surveying are currently representing a family owned real estate investment vehicle who currently have over 100 commercial assets under management. This streamlined investment company are looking for a professional property management surveyor to work landlord side managing a diverse property portfolio UK wide.

Your new role

Commercial Property Management Surveyor

This independent property investment company is seeking an experience commercial property management surveyor to assist with the day to day running of a national portfolio. The successful candidate will be managing multi-let office buildings, high street retail and industrial assets. You will be required to visit sites, liaise with tenants, manage service charges, rental collections and tenant applications.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS Desirable but not essential

This position is suitable for an experience commercial property management surveyor with a proven track record of delivering professional services to a broad range of assets. You will need to demonstrate proactive management skills, a track record of managing large rent rolls and service charge budgets.

What you'll get in return

c.£55,000 - £60,000 DOE

A bonus scheme is available based on performance along with a benefits package
