Up to £70,000 basic salary, pension, private healthcare & car allowance

Carriera has been retained to secure Senior Cost Manager for a top 20 property and construction consultancy based in London.

About the client;

Our client offers cost management, project management, building surveying and more. Primarily working through the commercial, education, healthcare and automotive sectors.

Projects vary in size, complexity and value topically ranging between £5 million and £400 million in value.

About the role;

This role will see you working predominantly on a large healthcare scheme, along with some new build residential projects. You will be working alongside an associate and reporting into the lead partner. The project will be procured via an NEC 4 contract and is circa £350 million in value.

About you;

You must have a construction or property related degree and have healthcare & ideally hew build residential sector experience. You must have prior experience within a construction consultancy and have good pre and post contract experience.

This would suit someone who has excellent communications skills and is looking to progress to Associate.
