Our client, a well-established independent firm of Residential Surveyors with a reputation for quality and excellent staff retention rates, have several immediate opportunities across London and the South East and offer Residential Surveyors a genuine alternative to corporate employment without the loss of earning potential.
They are currently seeking experienced Residential Valuation Surveyors conversant in Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyer Reports (though can provide suitable cross-training if relevant structural or valuation knowledge is strong) in the following locations:
- East London
- South East London
- North Kent
- North London
- North West London
Suitable Residential Valuation Surveyors will hold MRICS/FRICS ideally (AssocRICS considered) be accredited on the Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS / RICS Registered Valuer) and live within a reasonable distance to the above.
Remuneration for the successful Residential Valuation Surveyor will comprise a base salary circa £50k, a lucrative fee-related commission scheme (with ZERO threshold), high-quality company car (or allowance), pension scheme and private healthcare.
