A well-established, multi-disciplinary surveying practice located across the UK are currently looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to take the reins of a brand new service line in Scotland.
With a heavy focus on insurance sectors, the consultancy have been expanding consistently over the past 6 months with an ever increasing workload in Scotland the Building Consultancy arm of the company are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor that has the desire to take control of their own service line and to grow and develop this with support from the Newcastle office.
The Role of the Associate Building Surveyor?
As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you will predominantly be working in the insurance sector, typically undertake a range of instructions including:
- Design and specification writing
- Schedules of Dilapidations
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
With a nationwide presence this multi-discipline surveying practice are actively looking to expand into Scotland where they are rapidly securing new work.
With a passion for providing the highest standard of customer care and service this consultancy has not been slowed down over the past 6 months and work levels have continued to grow from strength to strength.
This is an opportunity to start up a new office and eventually develop a team around yourself, this will entail remote working for the initial 6 months.
The Associate Building Surveyor?
- Excellent communication skills

- History of developing and nurturing client relationships
- Up to £50,000
