Land Disposal Surveyor

Your new company
One of London's most prestigious local authorities has a 2 year fixed term contract for a Senior Principle Surveyor to join the Corporate Property Development Team and lead on land disposals.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the appraisal of developments sites, advising on development briefs, planning matters and applications, and marketing of properties including grant of development leases where appropriate.
Preparation of valuation appraisals, including development appraisals and investment valuations.
Evaluation of procurement and delivery options, including development finance and funding options, such as use of PFl's. Identifying disposal strategies for vacant properties, (including site assembly
opportunities to facilitate development).

What you'll need to succeed
Substantial disposal experience behind you, with working knowledge of working within a local authority. Ideally you will be MRICS and have working knowledge of working in a local authority, with excellent report writing skills, financial appraisals and technical contract experience.
