Associate Building Surveyor

An established, growing building consultancy based in central Bristol are actively looking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to lead and grow the building surveying team in an exciting time for the consultancy.

With a passion to provide a tailored client experience to each business they work with the consultancy have a wide range of instructions that is consistently growing with an ever expanding client list.

The Role of the Associate Building Surveyor?

As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you will be undertaking a range of instruction inclusive of:

• Acquisition surveys
• Dilapidations
• Party wall awards
• Contract administration

In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to guide and nurture more junior members of the team on their journey to becoming chartered.

The consultancy has been established for over 20 years, in that time they have expanded from a small practice in the Midlands and grown into a nationally operating highly successful team.

Whilst the company did furlough a small percentage of staff in the initial wave of Covid-19, they have since all been back working and they are busier than ever, with excellent opportunities awaiting an Associate Building Surveyor with the aspiration and drive to push themselves forward.

• MRICS
• Strong dilapidation experience
• Excellent client care skills
• Commercially aware
• Experience in business development
