Reporting into the Head of Design you will lead and manage multiple commercial office, design & build projects from early design stages through to handover.

Whilst overseeing multiple projects at varying stages you will coordinate and manage the design team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Description

I am looking for an experienced Senior Technical Designer who will be tasked with the following:

• Reporting into the Head of Design you will take the lead on multiple Design & Build projects covering Cat A & Cat B fit out's in central London
• You will ensure Technical drawing packs, as builts, space planning and the early stage concept design is carried out in accordance with the clients brief.
• You will run regular client meetings to report on progress and ensure any issues or amendments are carried out to a high standard.
• Oversee the technical coordination on site to ensure a timely delivery to handover.
• Ensure you are offering expert advice and support to your design team across all projects to achieve client satisfaction.

Profile

• You must have strong design & build project experience, ideally within a contractor setting.
• Commercial office fit-out experience is key.
• Ideally you will have managed teams and multiple projects at any one time.
• You must also be confident in managing and coordinating the various stakeholders once the project hits site.
• Ideally you will have previous experience in a client facing role.

Job Offer
