Project/Senior Cost Consultant MRICS

My Client, a Tier 1 consultancy based in central London is looking for an MRICS Cost Consultant to join an established team with a strong pipeline. If you’re someone that wants to work on large exciting projects under one of the most respected people in the industry then this might be the role for you.

After the successful commissioning of two new schemes a specific Partner in the business would like to bolster his ranks and needs someone at Project/Senior level to come in and help with the delivery and mentoring of junior staff.

Projects are fantastic, values range from £100m - £1.5b. Sectors include: Residential, Commercial, Hotels, Mixed-use, Sports & Leisure (landmark stadiums).

Ideally he would like the said person to have large contract experience although this is not essential, the type of character is most important to him, he doesn’t want someone that looking to sit in the background, there is always room for development within this business and he wants people that have the aspiration to get to Director/Partner level in the future.

Currently his team is around 60 and as professional as they are they have a good culture, always heading to networking events and prior to COVID19 most would be enjoying a beer together on a Thursday evening!

The chap that heads up the team is class, well known in the industry and he’s successfully built a strong team of individuals that have that work hard play hard mentality.

Package: £45k - £65k depending on experience.
