Macdonald & Company are working with a large London based real estate investment & development company are looking to appoint a Portfolio/ Property Manager to join their team based in central London.

They are looking for someone to manage their occupiers, satisfaction levels along with security. You will be responsible for the service charge budget along with in house and external parts of the portfolio.

This is to join an established team whereby you'll be responsible for the aiding with the main areas below:-

Review existing leases and contribute to reviewing and amending clauses with leases for new lettings.

Working with wider teams including Finance to ensure rent and service charge collection in a timely manner.

Working with external contractors on project works and fit outs.

Review tenant applications such as license to alters, alienation requests and wayleaves.
