Job Details
The successful candidate will have the ability to carry out due diligence, development and fund monitoring services on projects of up to £25m.
You will have:
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Track record of working across mixed asset classes
- Team player
- Good market knowledge of London and the South East
- Overall understanding of cost associated with development projects
- Degree in a property related subject
- Chartereship such as MRICS, MBIOB, MAPM
