Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a London based multi-disciplinary consultancy who has been established for many years with an enviable client base. They work across all asset classes on minor and major projects and are seeking an additional head to join their existing team of professionals. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be client facing and the communication point on all commercial matters. Main duties and responsibilities will cover both pre and post contract work including but not restricted to;

• Preparing tender documentations
• Monitoring of cost plans and cash-flow
• Preparing monthly cost reports
• Contract Administration
• Risk Management
• Negotiating final accounts

You will have:

• A degree in a relevant property or construction related subject
• Hold a chartership such as MRICS or MCIOB
• Track record of working within a PQS or Consultancy environment
• Ability to work at a senior level with autonomy
• Commercially aware and astute
• Proficient with IT programmes such as MS Excel, Project or an in-house reporting equivalent software
