Project Manager

You will be responsible for the day to day operation for NEC3 & NEC4 term service contracts. A significant part of the role will be the day-to-day management of complex projects through the issuing of task orders.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

The main area of work is ensuring the day-to-day operation for NEC3 and NEC4 Term Service Contracts, encompassing all aspectsA significant part of the role will be the day-to-day management of complex projects through the issuing of task ordersLiaising with and ensuring co-ordination between Clients, Principal Designers, Designers, Principal Contractors, Contractors and other StakeholdersEnsuring efficient and effective communications on project progress and complaint resolution with customers through the Councils Corporate Communications TeamMonitor for compliance of contract requirements and key performance indicator

Experience of the Project Manager:

Substantial experience in highway worksNEC3 and/or NEC4 Project Manager and/or Term Service Manager AccreditationSubstantial experience in NEC Project Manager / Term Service Manager RoleIncorporated or Chartered Membership of an appropriate InstitutionExperience of using contract management software such as CEMARProject Management based qualification such as PRINCE2In depth knowledge & understanding of health & safety legislation including The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
