A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an aspiring MRICS qualified Surveyor level candidate to join a land management team in the Eastern Region.

The team focuses on a wide range of estate management clients, both private and institutional, covering a varied and interesting workload.

Key Deliverables

  • Undertake the primary day-to-day relationship role with Estate Management clients
  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial and residential properties
  • Manage financial matters, provide reporting on budgeting and performance
  • Manage estate employees
  • Provide concise, practical and reasoned advice to clients at all times

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experienced in the rural sector from within private practice or resident agent background
  • Commercially astute and hands on
  • Takes financial responsibility
  • Excellent networking and presentation skills

Excellent communication skills


  • Professionally qualified MRICS
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills including use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
