Carriera is recruiting for a privately-owned construction consultancy whose service offering covers project and cost management, development management and planning. Typically, the forward-thinking consultancy works in residential, healthcare and later-living sectors where projects are valued between £2m - £30m.

About the role 

As a senior project manager, you will be working on one their most prestigious accounts who regularly need pre and post contract support to deliver their projects on time and in budget. You will lead/be involved with projects from acquisition, planning through tender interviews, design and ultimately delivery.

About you

You will be degree educated in either Building Surveying, Cost Management or Project Management, and be a member of RICS.  It is essential you have care homes, residential, PRS/BTR experience and have led schemes from inception through to completion.
