Building Surveyor/Project Manager

As a result of an influx of work, DHP are looking to employ Building Surveyors / Project Managers.  We are interested in applications from client focused, talented, flexible individuals with experience of working in progressive design-led practices. 

You would be involved with projects ranging in size from small refurbishments through to new build schools from project inception to completion and beyond. 

You would be expected to take a pro active lead role co-ordinating design team and contractors and advising clients in all aspects of their property. 

You will need to be a competent specification writer with a good defect analysis grounding and strong contract administration skills.  Above all, you need to be personable, pragmatic and enthusiastic.
