Project Management Director

My client, one of the largest Real Estate Firms in the UK is looking for a Project Management Director to come in as the number 2 in one of their building consultancy divisions.

A hybrid role that would include strategic strategy, delivery and business development, the current Director is looking to grow the team and needs the right person in place to help him do so, they have a current team of 12 and he will need to get them to about 20 with the amount of pipeline they have currently.

Projects heavily include Industrial with some Healthcare; they currently work with the largest Industrial developers in the UK and with a lot of their competition not doing so well they are in a very strong position.

Project Sizes will range from 700k sqft – 8m sqft.

Ideally, they are looking for someone with experience in Industrial projects, management skills and a proven track record of business development.

Being one of the larger organisations, they have a strong budget for the right person.
