Job Details
One of the leading real estate consultancies in Dubai is looking for an MRICS Commercial Property Manager to join their property & asset management division. The role will involve management of mainly commercial buildings in Dubai with the employee's time split between being based on site and the office, to include customer relationship management, maintenance of property records, general management of the building and administration including licence applications and compliance with covenants. The role will also include the "set up" phase to include undertaking due diligence, preparing an operating plan, establishing budgets and determining staffing requirements, amongst other responsibilities.
