The opportunity has come about due to an increase in project related work and in turn are looking for a chartered building surveyor, who enjoys delivering the full suite of building surveying services within the residential and commercial space.
Their clients are diverse and made up of property management firms, high net worth individuals, solicitors, multinational retail chains and even international conventional centres. As a result, the type of properties they encompass range from retail units through to grade 1 & 2 listed buildings and high-end major developments, delivering projects up to £3m.
The role will include contract administration, project management, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, planned maintenance surveys, business development and areas of professional services.
The successful candidate will be MRICS and with strong knowledge of the residential space. You will be a team player and have the ability to work autonomously and a manage multiple commissions at once. It is imperative that you are an effective communicator, who has great attention to detail.
