Carriera is recruiting for a well-regarded property consultancy who offer quantity surveying, project management, building surveying and monitoring services. They specialise in the residential sector, working with a variety of developers and private clients.

About the role;

This role will see you working on a number of high-end residential projects, at both pre and post contract stages. You will be working closely with the directors within the business and have a good level of responsibility.

About you;

• Must be working towards you APC
• Have experience of the residential sector
• Pre and post contract experience
• Valid driving license and ideally a car but not essential
• Previous experience within a property or construction consultancy
