This opportunity is for someone at Associate/Associate Director level and will be a blended role including full life-cycle project delivery for a number of fantastic key clients, helping to develop and mentor the talented junior staff on the team as well start to stepping up into business development duties.
The team’s pipeline is predominantly New Build and will work across Industrial, Logistics, Care Homes and Student Accommodation sectors from smaller to huge multi-million pound developments.
