I am currently collaborating with a highly established Property Investment and Development business, which owns a 6 million sq ft portfolio, consisting of prime commercial real estate across central and west London. The business is best known for their strategic methods to increase value of existing assets and the development of brand new assets from the ground up.

The business shows year on year growth, even in the current climate and they are listed in the London Stock Exchange. They are looking to expand their team with a Portfolio Manager, to cover a portion of their ever expanding portfolio. The role is to be based in their West London office.

The position will sit within the Portfolio Management team, working alongside the Senior Portfolio Manager and reporting into Head of Property Management. You will be responsible for all property management and maintaining occupier relationships by providing a high quality service.

Key aspects of the role include but are not limited to:

* Portfolio management
* Tenant liaison and management
* Lease management
* Drafting and reconciliation of service charge and budgets
* Management of building managers and oversea facilities management
* Strategic value add initiatives through redevelopment and refurbishment
* Develop and maintain key relationships with new and existing occupiers

The successful candidate will have experience in property management and service charge and ideally be MRICS qualified.
