Senior Building Surveyor

Projects: Residential, Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Retail.

Company Headcount: 10 - 20

Outline of the role: Senior Building Surveyor undertaking a full range of surveying duties including architectural design, contract administration and project management.

Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:

• MRICS qualified
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and methodology, including types of Building Contracts and their use
• Broad range of experience in all sectors
• Possess good communication and client facing skills
