The FM Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of both hard & soft services across a new student accommodation site.

Our client wants to deliver an outstanding and first class accommodation to the students and the FM Account Manager is going to play a very critical role in ensuring that the high standards of this accommodation are being delivered to the students.
You will work closely with the new build team to help influence the design & build phase of this site and will be responsible for ensuring that external contractors are delivering services in line with the required needs as well as exercising any warranty clauses relating to build based issues. When the site goes live you will then be responsible for overseeing the delivery of both hard & soft services across the site and ensuring that all contractual requirements are being met in line with the agreed KPIs and SLAs of the contract.
Health & Safety will of course be paramount to ensure a safe environment is in place for the students to live in. This will require you to ensure that all health & safety compliance and regulations are being adhered to at all times.
Our client is very keen to hire somebody who has current or prior experience of working within an FM based role within the student accommodation sector. This may be direct for a university or via one of the private student accommodation companies. This experience is essential so please only apply if you meet this requirement.
The role is based in the East Midlands and will require an extensive presence on site so you will need to live in or around the East Midlands region in order to be at the site day to day but also to react quickly to any emergency situations that may arise.
