Fund/Bank Monitoring Surveyor - West End

Job description

A highly skilled Construction Consultancy based in the West End require a Junior/Intermediate level Monitoring Surveyor to join their team. The team are now looking to expand because of sustained success. The workload has dramatically increased recently and this shows no signs of stopping.

The role

Fund / Bank Surveyor working specifically for Banks and Funding Organisations, where you will be the eyes and ears of the funder to ensure that the costs, programme etc are all on line as per what the Developer has told them. You will have your own portfolio of deals to manage where you will be liaising with the Clients and developers.

Working on intricate projects, the consultancy requires highly qualified and ambitious Surveyors to join the practice. 

The role will be a split of home and office working alongside site visits to ensure reporting can be done accurately.

Requirements

You will be an APC candidate Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying background, having gained experience working closely with banks and funds previously, meaning you are ready to hit the ground running. Ideally 12 months experience in a monitoring role.

Sector experience in Residential will also be advantageous.

Salary – up to £50,000 - DOE
