A bespoke, independent consultancy are looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their small, client focused consultancy located south of Exeter.

With instruction across a wide range of sectors you will have the opportunity to establish long lasting relationships with your clients.

The Role of the Associate Building Surveyor?

You, as the successful Associate Building Surveyor will be well versed across the wide range of building surveying instructions including:

• Contract Administration
• Project Management
• Technical drawing and specification writing

The Associate Building Surveyor?

• MRICS
• Strong technical drawing skill
• Previous business development skills are advantageous
• Experience across a wide range of sectors

• £35,000 - £50,000
