Chartered building Surveyor

Package: Up to £55,000 + bonus, pension 3%, BUPA, permanent health assurance and more.
We are retained by an established and very well-regarded partnership to secure a Chartered Building Surveyor for their London office.
Established in the late 1940’s the partnership provides a variety of services ranging from building surveying, cost management, health & safety and project management. They work with a variety of clients who own or operate assets within the commercial, education, health, leisure and residential sectors.
The position will be based within the heart of London within a team of 6, who are focused on design and management of construction projects. They also take on professional duties such as dilapidations, party wall and technical due diligence. You will benefit from a diverse workload and will oversee projects from inception through to completion, up to £3m in value.
The successful individual will be MRICS up to 1 years PQE who enjoys generalist building surveying. Ideally you will have come from a consultancy or private practice, with experience of managing projects autonomously.

The business will pay a basic salary up £55,000 that will also include, healthcare, pension, bonus and more.
