Project Director - to £110,000 plus bonus and benefits
An innovative and forward-thinking developer with a strong track record in London is currently recruiting a Project Director to manage a portfolio of projects in the commercial sector. An excellent working knowledge and proven track record of heavy CAT A refurbishment and CAT B fit out projects is an absolute prerequisite.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the internal team with external consultants, contractors and suppliers, from project inception and briefing stage, all the way through to building opening.
- Ownership of project budget
- Undertake due diligence where required, working with acquisitions team
- Leading and mentoring internal project management team
- Defining and implementing key project gateways and standard processes
