Macdonald & Company has been instructed by a market leading business which operates from a portfolio of over 200 premises around the UK. They currently have need for an experienced Commercial Estates Surveyor/Manager to join the existing team. The chosen professional will operate remotely / autonomously, albeit be able to report into the North West HQ regularly. The successful individual will join a small but busy team getting involved in the full management of the portfolio including rent reviews/lease renewals acquisitions/disposals managing external consultants rating matters etc. You will also take responsibility for managing the Facilities Management team, so previous FM experience/exposure is essential! The roles requires a Commercial Surveyor, preferably with MRICS or FRICS qualification. Previous In-house / Client side Estates Management experience essential.
