Job Details
Senior Surveyor to join the Property & Asset Management team at a large Central London property consultancy.
Your new company
You will be based in the Central London HQ of one of the UK's leading property consultancies. This firm deals with clients all around the UK and internationally across a huge range of asset types, from trophy offices and retail properties to industrial to high-end residential properties.
Your new role
You will be working in the Property & Asset Management team providing strategic property management services to a range of clients. You will have day to day property management responsibilities ranging from service charge management to rent collection to diary control as well as liaising with property administrators and facilities managers to ensure top quality service for clients.
As well as hands-on property management responsibilities, you will also be providing asset management advice to your clients and working with them to add value to the portfolio.
You will also be attending regular client meetings and building strong relationships with tenants, making sure to understand their business models and ensuring rent payments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree educated
- MRICS desired but not essential
- Experience in various different asset types
- Experience drafting service charges
- Landlord & Tenant experience desired
- Strong interpersonal skills
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn £40,000-£45,000 + bonuses + benefits
