Park Avenue are currently working with a Local Authority in Hertfordshire looking for an experienced Interim Investment Programme Manager
The role will be based around being responsible for the management of a multi-million pound programme of planned/capital works to the councils property assets.
This role involves leading and managing a number of managers and surveyors in all aspects of delivering a successful capital/planned programme.
This will involve working closely with managers and business leads across departmental boundaries, developing strong relationships with services across the council an external organisations.
This is one of the key roles aiding to a successful transformation of the investment service. The ideal candidate will be a positive, energetic and innovative individual with strong inter-personal skills and a track record of successful delivery of specialist works programmes within a social housing environment.
The position will be for an initial 6 month contract and there has already been indication that an extension is possible.
Due to Covid19, the role will initially be home based with a view to be in the office once social distancing has been lifted in line with government guidelines.
The contract will run off a 37 hour week
