Project Director - To £130k - Surrey Region
A huge opportunity has arisen for a Project Director to work with one of the UK's leading residential developers on a brand new 1000 + unit RC frame scheme in Surrey.
This is a truly exciting position, as the project is not due to be on site until 2022. You will have full involvement, from early planning stages through to delivery and handover along with building your own team, estimated to be 25 strong.
You will need to have a proven background at Project Director level, on similar size RC frame schemes from inception through to completion.
Job Responsibilities -
- To run and oversee the whole development from inception to completion as Project Director.
- To attend and chair progress meetings with contractors and senior management.
- To communicate effectively and ensure that the project runs to speed and programme.
- To liaise effectively and successfully with the development, preconstruction and delivery teams.
