We are currently working closely with a Partner of a market leading firm who has instructed us on an exciting opportunity within their team! The firm are highly established, and have a huge presence within their market. This is an opportunity that won’t come around often offering huge exposure to new build developments up to £100 million.

The position is signed off, the Partner is ready to hire, and has made space in their diary to meet with people next week! The Project Manager, will be client facing, and will have autonomy to manage the day to day delivery of these phenomenal projects. The projects will be heavily industrial. Past developments have been in the region of 700,000 sq ft, and they currently have an 8 million sq ft plot of land where they plan to build an additional 15 industrial units. With that being said, the team have also been instructed on a number of later living developments within the care home sector which the appointed project manager will also work on.

No doubt, our client needs someone who is ambitious, keen to push their career forward and with a track record of delivering new build schemes. The career development on offer is excellent, you’d also be working within a team of 10 experts who work hard but also enjoy having a few beers after work, and having a good chat about football, and rugby!

Requirements:

  • Preferably AssocRICS or Chartered
  • Preferably with Industrial or/and Later Living experience
  • 4-6 years working within a consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration
  • New build / D&B experience
