Temporary Site Manager opportunity - South East London
My client is need for an all-round experienced Site Manager for a minimum of a minimum of 2 weeks to work at their Project in Thamesmead to undertake some holiday cover.
There is a possibility that the duration may be extended.
The site is a 5-minute walk from Abbey wood station which is on the Thameslink line.
The Site Manager needs to be experienced in H&S, quality control, controlling sub-contractors & ensuring they lead by example.
Job Responsibilities -
- Report to the project managers on any improvements required on any construction activities
- Experience with residential developments and understands the whole build cycle
- Must have a good understanding of residential projects and how the details work with a major emphasis on quality
You will have a strong build or build background in the residential sector
