Our client, a premium-brand residential developer, are currently looking to speak to Quantity Surveyors at all levels of experience, with a knowledge of new build housing, to be based on one of their traditional build sites in Kent.

The project is a 250 unit scheme, all traditional build.

Ideal Candidate:

To maintain established profit margins.
To price all works in line with current market conditions.
To ensure contracts are financially controlled, to budget and to the clients requirements.
To manage target costs.
To prepare monthly cost reconciliation for Division Manager.
To undertake site visits in preparation of all tenders and take photographs.
