Well regarded York based property business require an experienced commercial Facilities Coordinator to join the team. The chosen professional will already have experience in the main functions of this role, including assisting with Service Charge matters, managing Utilities, liaising with tenants and contractors, handling calls and queries, data / record keeping, compliance, insurance, health & safety etc. Applicants must have strong Excel skills along with (ideally) IOSH qualifications in both Fire Safety & Managing Safely. This is very much a 'client facing' post, being the first point of contact for tenant & contractors so strong communication skill (both verbal & written) is essential. The role is based from a York office (essential criteria) and is paying £24/£25,000.
