You will be working for a leading Property Consultancy with offices across the UK. They are RICS and ARLA members and work on both Commercial and Residential projects. They have a strong focus on offering both training, support and motivation to employees.

Your new role
My client is looking to recruit a Senior Surveyor to work within the team in Cirencester. The role will involve managing the day to day management of an extensive and varied portfolio of commercial properties. This will include dealing with enquiries, carrying out viewings, property inspections, rent review/leases renewals and liaising with clients; You will also be involved in pitching and sourcing new instructions along with building and utilising market contacts. The property portfolio you will be involved with will include properties across Cirencester. You will be dealing with a mixture of clients including developers, property companies, pension funds and high net worth individuals.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate for this role will have graduated from a Property related degree and have experience within Surveying.Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence will be required. Experience using Agency Pilot Software would be desirable but is not essential.
