Telecoms Surveyor
An exciting opportunity to work for an expanding and dynamic business operating from a number of offices. The company is looking for an ambitious Telecoms Surveyor to be based in Sussex with a drive to progress in the business. Looking for someone who is ambitious to develop their career and want a firm that encourages personal and professional development.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Partner.
Undertaking rent reviews and raising rent review memoranda.
Monitoring lease compliance and advertising clients.
Negotiating lease renewals
Accurately maintain client records
Attending site meetings
Attending client meetings and providing portfolio updates

The Candidate:
MRICS would be preferable
Great verbal and written communication skills
Ambitious to develop your career
Experience of managing and growing diverse teams
Strong interpersonal skills and client service skills
A motivated and organised individual with the ability to take on responsibility of clients.
