A new and exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Cost Consultant/Employers Agent to join a boutique consultancy in South East London.

My client, a small but growing consultancy with a current head count of 6 that has a strong family culture and fantastic projects both in and outside of the UK including Matrious, Tanzania and Ethiopia. They work in a variety of sectors including; Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Blue Light and Education with project values that range anywhere from £15m - £150m. They have a strong model for development and have successfully supported two members of the team through their APC over the last couple of years. One of the main selling points about this company is the working environment and the two chaps that run the business, they are great guys that enjoy life outside of work and try and help the team in different ways where they can, for example they are happy to offer flexibility where needed.
They are looking for someone with the capability to manage projects from ‘cradle to grave’. Ideally they would like someone with the capability to help manage and support junior staff and certainly someone that that has the aspiration to grow. (They have given me a strong Job Specification that I would be happy to share)
- Ideally MRICS or aspiration to become
- Minimum 3 years post qualified experience
- Education, Healthcare or Commercial experience would help your application
- Experience of supervising/producing bills of quantities to a high standard
- Salary: up to £45k depending on experience
- Bonus: Discretionary
- Professional fees paid
- Pension: 6%
- Holidays: 26 days + Bank Holidays
