If you are an MRICS Building Surveyor who is looking to join a company that offers exposure to high end commercial & residential projects then look no further. This small consultancy caters to their loyal client base of pension funds, multi-national companies, retailers, and property investment companies, offering bespoke solutions to their needs. The successful Candidate?
- Experience in carrying out professional services/running projects
- MRICS
- Minimum 4 years consultancy experience
- Experience of working on projects across the commercial and residential sector is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to interface and liaise with clients/contractors at all levels
