Chartered Building Surveyor

Chartered Surveyors in East Sussex are looking for a talented and experienced surveyor to join their growing team. 

A degree of flexibility is offered with regard experience so a part time role would be considered and flexible working can be discussed. 

You will ideally meet the following criteria:

> A minimum of five years of surveying experience
> Degree qualified, or equivalent
> Experience of conducting residential surveys and defect analysis
> Contract administration, from inception to completion
> High quality and clear report writing ability
> Take the lead in instructions from receipt of initial enquiry through to completion
> Proven ability of efficient working-processes
> Adaptability and flexibility to cater for the diverse client base and work types

You must be self-motivated and a team-player with excellent IT skills with a methodical, organised and with good attention to detail. 
 
As long as you have a minimum of 5 years experience in the role of a Building Surveyor and you MRICS chartered as a Building Surveyor your application will be considered. 

Salary will depend on your overall ability, experience and qualification and will range from £35k to £55k plus car allowance, pension, relevant professional fees paid, annual leave plus more.
