Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Looking for something outside the norm?

I am currently working with a close-knit small practice based in the Kent/South East London area who are on the search to add an Intermediate QS to their ranks.

Having been in the industry for a number of years, my client has always punched above their weight in terms of project delivery, with a large portion of them ranging anywhere from £50,000 all the way up to £150m+. Covering schemes in the Health, Education, Commercial and Public sectors, there is the opportunity for you to work on some prestigious high-profile blue-light projects such as police stations.

Aside from this, they also have live projects based in Tanzania, Mauritius and Ethiopia so the chance to work abroad and gain rare overseas experience in exotic locations is there for the taking!

In order to be considered for this role, you will need the following;

• 3 – 5 years post graduate experience
• The ability to produce bills of quantities to a high standard
• Extensive knowledge of measurement software e.g. CostX
• Currently in the process of undertaking your APC
• The ambition to step into a management role in years to come
